9600Gt = Around 4000 rs
Hd4650 = 3830rs

you should go with 9600 1 GB|||All the three cards are very slow and bad ones. You buy RADEON 5770 1gb card. GTA 4 graphics is very high. these cards are not capable of displaying that high graphics. Cheap cards are only for HD Videos, not for gaming.
