Yes, you can replace it with a GTS250, but why replace an outdated card with another outdated card?



Get something more recent like a GTX550 or ATI HD6770.



EDITED TO ADD: I also remember you asking in another question if you can hook up three monitors to the GT220, and the answer is NO. If you want triple monitors, get the ATI HD6770. That one will drive three monitors.
