I have a 300w psu and nvidia say that meets requirement.|||there will be some difference but not very noticeable in many things. It should improve frame rates in certain games but assumes that the limiting factor is the GPU only and your CPU and RAM are sufficient.
A 300w PSU is I assume is in a SFF (Small Form Factor) case? If a standard case then get your self a better PSU and a better GPU. Best value for money card at the moment is a GTX560Ti which gives seriously impressive performance for less money than other top of the range cards.
If changing the PSU then get one that is 80+ rated, if having to stick with the small form factor units then I think the biggest I have seen is a 350w but the biggest issue with these is the heat they generate.|||no.. it is depend on your requirement.|||No.
